The trade fair is held in Cologne, Germany, and is considered the world’s leading trade fair for the dental sector. Of course, Elos Medtech will be there to meet new and old faces, showcase our products, and discuss dentistry with you!
IDS – trends and innovations in the dental industry
The IDS is held every two years in Cologne and is organized by the GFDI (Gesellschaft zur Förderung der Dental-Industrie), which is the commercial enterprise of the Association of German Dental Manufacturers (VDDI). The trade fair will focus on product segments such as dental practice, dental laboratory, infection control and maintenance as well as services, information, communication, and organization. The previous trade fair, back in 2017, attracted 2 305 exhibitors and 155 132 visitors on a gross exhibition space of 163 000 square meters. We anticipate that this year’s fair will be at least as popular!
Experience our new dental products on a 3D screen in hall 11.2, stand S-053
Digital dentistry and CAD/CAM is becoming significantly important for dental suppliers, dentists, and dental laboratories. Therefore, we will promote our digital workflow at the trade fair. In addition, we will launch three new dental products which we will showcase on a 3D screen. Our new products: Elos Accurate® Hybrid Base™ Engaging, Elos Accurate® Hybrid Base™ Non-Engaging and Elos Accurate® Analogue for Printed Models are part of the Elos Accurate® family, which is our comprehensive digital dentistry solution for dental professionals. Elos Accurate® is designed to reduce complexity and simplify the workflow for dentists and dental technicians. All Elos Accurate® components can be used with the major dental implant systems.

We started manufacturing dental implant components for replacement of teeth as early as 1975, and we have been a leading development and manufacturing partner on the dental market ever since.
