Torque ratchets – The perfect fit
Ganter ratchets are manufactured from robust, abrasion-resistant and chemical-resistant material and feature an impressive aesthetic design and excellent functionality.
Furthermore, they are easy to clean and simple to handle. The ratchets can be ergonomically adjusted to individual requirements and are compatible with the various instruments and tools. The ratchets are available with and without torque function, with and without bending arm attachment, and even in one piece.
Single-piece torque ratchets
The single-piece torque ratchet is an innovation from Josef Ganter. Since it does not need to be taken apart to be cleaned, this means a considerable saving of time for preparation in practice.
It impresses with its proven high quality, a torque range of 10 to 70 Ncm and reliable functionality accompanied by an aesthetic design. The torque ratchet is available with an individualised customer logo and also with gold coating.
Torque ratchets with bending arm
Three variants of torque ratchets with bending arm with different tool connections are available. They consist of just two individual parts and can therefore be dismantled for preparation in just a few seconds.
Torque ratchets without
bending arm
The torque ratchets without bending arm offer outstanding user friendliness, as the torque can be adjusted before the intervention on the patient. If the torque is achieved during the intervention, a clicking noise can be heard and the effort decreases abruptly. In addition to the opportunity to set a specific torque, the ratchet possesses a blocking function allowing it to transfer larger torques.
The large, outlying spring keeps the spring force constant for a long time and does not change.
Ratchets without torque function
The ratchets without torque function are available in a total length of 54 mm, 71 mm or 90 mm and each offer three different tool connections. They consist of just two individual parts and can therefore be dismantled for preparation in a few seconds.
Ratchets without torque function with optional bending arm attachment
The ratchets without torque function with optional bending arm attachment can be used without a torque display or expanded into a ratchet with a torque display function within just a few second by connecting the bending arm attachment. There are four different models available with different tool connections. Each of these can currently be combined with five different bending arm attachments with a different torque range.

Elos Accurate® Digital SMART Flow is an open, end-to-end digital workflow solution that covers the entire process from initial scan to final restoration. It offers dental professionals with a seamless, reliable and validated workflow across the three core phases of digital dentistry – SCAN, DESIGN, and MANUFACTURING.
Scan
For the SCAN phase, Elos provides the IO Scan Body which serves as the gateway to the digital process. The scan body is compatible with all major intraoral scanners, allowing dental professionals to begin the digital workflow directly from the patient’s mouth in a seamless and predictable manner.
Design
In the DESIGN phase, Elos Accurate offers specialized CAD libraries that integrate directly into leading software like 3Shape and exocad.These libraries serve as the crucial link between CAD software and implant components, simplifying the workflow by providing accurate representations of physical parts.

Manufacture
For the MANUFACTURING phase, Elos offers a complete portfolio of components including Hybrid Bases Engaged and Non-engaged (HBE/HBN), Analogs for Printed Models (PMA) and Pre-Milled Blanks (PMB). This open ecosystem allows dental professionals the flexibility to choose their preferred in-house or outsourced production approach, streamlining the overall workflow.
Elos Digital SMART Flow
The openness and simplicity of the Digital SMART Flow are the key benefits for dental proactitioners.
Users can start with either digital or conventional impressions, design in their preferred CAD software, and then choose to outsource or manufacture restorations in-house by using their favourite CAM software and milling machine.
All components are compatible across major implant systems, further enhancing the seamless and responsible experience for dental practitioners.

Product Description
Our prosthetic screws are manufactured from high-strength biocompatible titanium alloy (TiAl6V4ELI) and are available for all major implant systems on the market. Depending on the implant system in question, our prosthetic screws come either as coated or uncoated.
We use two types of coatings: MediCarb™ and MediGold™. The outstanding mechanical properties combined with maximum biological safety position the Elos MediCarb and MediGold surface technologies as the optimal candidates for future low-friction abutment screws.
Available with Different Screwdriver Connection Interfaces
Our prosthetic screws come with different screwdriver connection interfaces. Either the same interface as the implant manufacturer (Elos Prosthetic Screw) or with a hexalobular interface (Elos Accurate Hexalobular Prosthetic Screw), which enables angled screw channels.
Please Note
Prosthetic constructions must be mounted with one of the two prosthetic screws, depending on preference and the situation. For this reason, the products are packaged separately. The prosthetic screw is ordered separately to ensure optimum fit with regard to preferences and situation.
