This year we have decided to give the Elos Medtech’s Christmas donation to Team Rynkeby. We are by this donation supporting Childhood Cancer Fund and their work to improve treatment outcome for seriously sick children.
Team Rynkeby is an European charity cycling team which cycles to Paris every summer to raise money for seriously ill children. Today’s Team Rynkeby comprises 2,100 cyclists and 500 volunteers, divided into 54 local teams in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, the Faroe Islands, Iceland and Germany.
An important element of Team Rynkeby’s work is raising money for organizations that support children with critical illnesses. The money is raised from a variety of sources including sponsorships from generous businesses.
Rynkeby Foods A/S, God Morgon and hohes C cover all the project’s primary costs, which means that 100% of the funds Team Rynkeby raises in each country is donated directly to local organizations that help children with critical illnesses.
This year Team Rynkeby donated EUR 9.4 million to organizations that help children with critical illnesses.
