Elos Medtech’s Christmas donation 2020 will be given to Team Rynkeby, a charity cycling team that raises money to support seriously ill children. By this donation Elos Medtech will continue as a proud sponsor and actively support the fundraising to Childhood Cancer Fund.
Team Rynkeby – God morgon is a European charity cycling team with 2 400 cyclists and 550 volunteers, divided into 59 local teams in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, the Faroe Islands, Iceland, Germany and Switzerland. For most of a year, the participants must not only be able to cycle just over 1 200 km to Paris – they also undertake to make an effort to raise money for children with serious illnesses.
During 2020 Team Rynkeby has donated SEK 90.6 million to organizations that help children with critical illnesses. Of this, SEK 37.7 million has gone to the Childhood Cancer Fund and the Child Brain Fund in Sweden. This is a fantastic result considering the global pandemic and therefore many cancelled fundraising events. In 2021 Team Rynkeby sets the scene for its 20-year anniversary.
