An IT Specialist with a focus on integration, this role will play a crucial part in optimizing our technology ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business requirements, and design efficient solutions using SAP, Boomi, and other integration tools. Your expertise in iPaaS (integration Platform as a Service) will be essential for seamless data flow across our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain integrations between SAP modules, Boomi, and other applications
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and real-time synchronization across platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Manage the iPaas platform, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Implement best practices for data mapping, transformation, and error handling.
- Optimize performance and scalability of integrations
- Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to align technology solutions and goals
- Create technical documentation, including integration specifications, data flow diagrams, and user guides
- Collaborate with external vendors, internal IT teams, and business units
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Specialist, with a focus on SAP and integration technologies
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, or other SAP modules
- Experience with iPaaS solutions (MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, SnapLogic)
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations (FDA, HIPAA) a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
