Elos Medtech is seeking a Customer Account Specialist (Dental) to join our Dental team and play a pivotal role in supporting our dental operations across North America.  Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, North America, this position will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience with our ELOS ACCURATE products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary advocate for customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude is maintained in all customer interactions
  • Support customers by managing orders, addressing inquiries, and providing guidance on our products and services.
  • Efficiently handle daily tasks including the end-to-end processing of customer orders-from initiation through shipment, invoicing, and returns
  • Collaborate with technical support teams by escalating customer issues and ensuring solutions are communicated effectively.
  • Handle order entry and invoice creation for all orders and purchase orders received through phone, email, or the web shop, ensuring all invoice details are reviewed for accuracy before shipment
  • Provide basic sales support and respond to customer inquiries as needed, maintaining a professional pleasant, and responsive attitude in all interactions
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of ELOS ACCURATE products to assist customers effectively and ensure all communications reflect a deep understanding of the product line
  • Coordinate closely with the shipping department to confirm that customer orders are accurate and shipped on time, while also assisting customers with expediting requests and providing updates on order status and any necessary changes
  • Collaborate with the inventory management and shipping departments in Memphis, TN and Denmark to monitor inventory levels, ensuring they align with customer buying patterns and order history.
  • Respond proactively to special customer requests regarding inventory or product needs, ensuring that adjustments are made when necessary
  • Manage the processing of customer returns and exchanges in line with ELOS ACCURATE return policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of equivalent experience
  • Dental industry experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong data entry skills and general computer proficiency
  • Proven customer support experience, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Exceptional phone and contact management skills, with the ability to handle multiple interactions effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to tasks
  • Strong focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with a variety of personalities in a collaborative team setting.
