What Is Exciting In The Medtech Industry
What especially excites Börje about the business development opportunities in his work is to find new applications and innovations for injection moulded products.
“The life science sector is full of innovation and growth potential. One megatrend is tailored treatments to genetic profiles and patients’ own cells. At Elos Skara, we can contribute to needed diagnostic tools and manufacturing solutions. The pandemic showed the need of resilient supply chains. We can help customers to optimize products, reduce total material costs and improve flexibility in the supply chain!”
Team and Culture at Elos Medtech
In his short time working at Elos Medtech, Börje can see comes several benefits such as faster decision-making, flexibility and adaptability, and cost-effectiveness. It also fosters innovation and creativity. In Skara, Börje claims to have met a down-to-earth unpretentious organization where employees feel good.
“Working at Elos is positive both professionally and personally. It’s meaningful work in an innovative work sector, often with a global impact. In contacts with other colleagues in Elos, I encounter transparency that I believe is necessary.”
Collaboration and Growth
Börje notes that both his and his team’s role greatly contribute to the broader goals of Elos Medtech. Several customer-related questions have been received via Elos colleagues and vice versa – customer contacts in Skara have generated discussions with others in the Elos group.
Future
Börje believes that the key to a joint successful future is customer focus, transparency and openness, and the best use of common assets. His own personal goal?
“Getting to know all our customers in Skara, familiarizing myself with the ongoing upsell opportunities. Also to identify new customers and new opportunities!”
“Elos Medtech Skara is open for current and new customers and everyone in the Elos group wanting to visit us. Welcome to Skara!”
