Your Responsibilities
- Manage complex customer projects in the area of New Product Introduction (NPI) from initiation to successful completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards
- Provide customer support and consultation throughout the entire project lifecycle, including regular progress updates and proactive problem-solving
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, including milestone planning, resource management, and risk assessment in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate proposal preparation in collaboration with the sales team and plan and execute project kick-offs in cooperation with the production team
- Lead and coordinate the project team, ensuring effective collaboration among all stakeholders
- Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure project objectives and requirements are clearly understood and met
- Report on project progress regarding timelines, cost adherence, and supply chain readiness
Your Profile
- Completed technical education (e.g., Polymechanic) with further training as a Technician HF or a comparable background
- Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally within the medical technology or other quality-regulated sectors
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical thinking and a solution-oriented, hands-on approach
- Strong customer focus and enthusiasm for working with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
