In a globally growing healthcare market, we are looking for a full-time Value Stream Supervisor to strengthen our team in Memphis, TN.
The Demand Planner plays a critical role in ensuring product availability, supply continuity, and operation efficiency within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, analyzing market and customer trends, and collaborating cross-functionally to align supply plans with business objectives. The role requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of supply chain processes, and familiarity with FDA regulated production environments.

The Demand Planner is responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, supporting S&OP, and ensuring product availability within a regulated medical device environment. Works cross-functionally to align demand, supply, and inventory strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain short‑ and long‑term demand forecasts using data and statistical tools.
- Analyze trends, forecast accuracy, and demand risks; recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to gather market insights.
- Support S&OP by presenting forecast updates and supply risks.
- Set inventory targets and safety stock levels; help prevent shortages or excess.
- Maintain demand data in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Rapid Response).
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and quality system requirements.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering preferred, or 3-5 years of supply chain experience, ideally in medical devices or regulated manufacturing.
