CNC Machining

Injection Molding

Injection molding supports a diverse range of production processes. We offer in-house mold-making services and support high-volume and low-volume serial manufacturing to accommodate projects of any scale. Our plastic injection clean rooms ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

We specialize in complex part injection and offer metal and plastic overmolding to create advanced, multi-material products. Atomization technology ensures that our injection molding processes are efficient and highly precise. Our comprehensive validation process guarantees consistent quality and compliance, including IQ/OQ/PQ validation.

Additive Manufacturing

Surface Treatment

We offer advanced surface treatments, including grinding, high-volume electropolishing, anodizing, coating and laser etchings to improve the hygiene, performance, and appearance of your devices. We can also apply fine details using laser etchings, heat treatments and inking.

Cleanroom Assembly

Our specialized clean rooms support various stages of the manufacturing process, including plastic injection, plastic and metal overmolding, and assembly.

We ensure the production of safe and compliant devices by managing the packaging of complete procedure kits, single-use instruments, and implants, using either pre-validated or tailor-made solutions. Additionally, our clean rooms handle blister production and thorough product inspection to uphold the highest quality standards.
